1/- Suggest + V_ing
Ex: He suggested going to the cinema tonight.
They suggested helping poor people in the city.
2/- Suggest + (that) + S + should + V
Ex: She suggests (that) we should help the poor people in the city.
I suggest (that) you should work harder on your promotion.
